This 90-minute workshop for your current clients and prospective
customers is an informative immersion in the SunBridge KEY Advisor Process.
It follows the 12-step story-based process pioneered by Scott
Farnsworth in his breakthrough book, Double Your Sales: An
Honest and Authentic Approach to Professional Selling.
It includes lots of thought-provoking discussion, practical
activities, and powerful tools. It’s a giant first step toward
helping clients create clarity, confidence, and control of their
money and their life.

and a brand-new vision of what it would mean to them to live life on

The heart of the basic phase of the SunBridge KEY Advisor System is a series
of monthly “Straight Talk” Client Workshops, which are designed to
give clients an insider’s view of how the financial and legal world
works. During these 90-minute sessions, you show them how to sort
through and take control of the many pieces of their financial and
legal life.

Each of these high-quality, high-involvement workshops is provided
to you in turnkey fashion. For each one, you receive a complete
PowerPoint presentation, client workbook, and an audio recording of
Scott Farnsworth presenting the workshop live to a group of real
clients. During the SunBridge KEY Advisor Program’s monthly coaching and
conference calls, Scott will provide tips and training about how to
create a masterful experience for your clients.
As the process continues, you’ll discover that, month after month,
you will enjoy a steady increase in confidence and client
connection. At the same time, your clients will grow in their
confidence in you and in their ability to de-clutter their financial
lives, put their houses in order, get their ducks in a row—and keep
them there.
During the first year, you and your clients will develop a strong
and lasting bond. Beyond the first year, SunBridge will provide you
quarterly workshops, still in the same “Straight Talk” format,

Each client family in your SunBridge KEY Advisor program will receive their
own KEY Client Workbook. Each month, they will add the attractive
section that pertains to that month’s topic to their binder. By the
end of the first year, they will own a handsome summary of their
learning and growth, loaded with tons of Big Ideas, pearls of
wisdom, and important insights on how to make their lives better.
It’s a tool they will treasure, and they will use it to teach these
important concepts to their children and grandchildren. |

The Get It Done Worksheet is a simple but powerful tool for helping
clients 1) clarify what matters most to them at this stage of their
life, 2) identify what they most want to do with their money and
their life, 3) define what steps they need to take in the next few
days and weeks to get there, and 4) commit themselves to make it
happen.
Each month, as part of the “Straight Talk” workshops, they’ll
revisit their most recent Get It Done Worksheet to update and
upgrade it. This will provide new focus and energy toward
accomplishing the things that matter to them most. Each month,
they’ll move closer toward their goals and their ultimate peace of
mind, thanks to you and the SunBridge KEY Advisor Process.

Here’s a question most clients don’t want to think about: If
something happened to you, how long would it take your family to
locate every bit of legal and financial information they would need
to manage your affairs and bring your life’s business to a close?
And how much grief and frustration would they experience in the
process?
Helping clients get their affairs in order creates huge value for
them and their families. No one can enjoy peace of mind knowing
their legal and financial affairs are in chaos.
The Vault is a complete organizing system designed to mesh the 12
topics of the monthly “Straight Talk” Workshops with the clients’
need to get—and keep—their affairs in order. It’s a double-locked
filing system on wheels and with a pull-out handle (like a
roller-board suitcase) designed to travel on quick notice in case of
emergency.

The genius of The Vault in the KEY Advisor Program is its interplay
with the monthly workshops: each workshop topic becomes that month’s

The Key is a tool to keep client information organized and safe. It’s a
waterproof, password-protected, USB drive that backs up the information in
The Vault but keeps it off the internet. By keeping client information
completely away from the World Wide Web, we avoid hackers and other
dangers.. And since the data isn’t stored on the computer either, it’s not
in danger if the computer is compromised.

The KEY can hold any type of digital files, including Word, PDF, JPEG,
Excel, PowerPoint, audio, video, and photo formats. Copies of all important
documents can be safely stored, retrieved, and printed when needed, even when the client dies or is otherwise unavailable.
